READY FOR SUSTAINABLE, EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS?

There’s a way to Perform effectively With No Drama and Chaos

For organizations who believe that there has to be a better way for their team to perform and collaborate, we provide a way to get for the team to develop those skills fast and highly effectively in an interactive workshop. In this experiential workshop participants will increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence while learning to effectively engage and collaborate. Using scenarios and examples from their day-to-day, they’ll develop skills using proven strategies and tools rooted in brain-based research. Improving performance and work place culture is easier and more sustainable than you ever imagined.

Our most successful clients send their teams to this workshop when they’re ready for team members to:

  • stop allowing emotions to derail hard conversations.

  • develop a clear understanding of their own role in miscommunication, drama, and chaos.

  • explore how work style, assumptions, stories, and beliefs can create conflict and drama, which leads to burn out, anger, and resentment.

  • gain insight and empathy for how their colleagues behave, react, and respond.

  • stop trying to “make” other people behave better (do the right thing).

  • establish cooperation and communication for the good of the whole organization.

For Onsite Training

The environment you fostered for having difficult discussions as part of our exploration of emotional intelligence and learning emotional leadership skills was well-received and demonstrated during the day. We explored a couple of issues that were emotionally and personally charged, and the effect of dealing with it together was heart-warming and successful. Kudos to you for providing a place where we could explore difficult issues as a group and come out of the experience successfully and with a workable solution.
